Matthew Doebler brings over 20 years of courtroom experience to his practice, spanning criminal defense, criminal prosecution, and plaintiff-side personal injury. From prosecuting felonies in one of America’s toughest jurisdictions to handling high-stakes medical malpractice and product liability cases, Matt has seen—and tried—it all.
After earning his undergraduate degree in film and television production, Matt moved to New York City for law school. He began his legal career in white-collar criminal defense, where he tackled a complex four-week jury trial in the Southern District of New York. He then served as a Senior Assistant District Attorney at the Brooklyn DA’s office, litigating hundreds of cases and honing his trial skills.
Returning to Pittsburgh, Matt joined one of Western Pennsylvania’s busiest plaintiff firms, representing clients in medical malpractice and product liability cases. He has taken on corporate giants like Pfizer, General Motors, and the United States Government.
Matt’s diverse experience also includes roles with some of America’s largest personal injury firms and legal technology companies. A legal entrepreneur at heart, he is passionate about delivering exceptional results and providing his clients with a seamless legal experience.
Outside the courtroom, Matt blends his love for media and technology with community service. He streams local government meetings, mixes sound for his church’s band, and volunteers on video production projects for his daughter’s middle school.
